CHAPTER IV: CONTEMPLATION

The final moment of being a high school life is coming nearer. My 4^th grading life – it was easier than the past grading (that was just my opinion) because we just repeat what we have done in our second year life. Editing an image trough Photoshop is a no easy task as long as you have enough knowledge and still and most of all if you have patience. 4^th GRADING PERIOD. I learned a lot. I learned again the proper use of each of the following tool in a Photoshop. And it wasn’t that easy but not so hard. And of course I do encountered problems such that the Photoshop is not functioning well sometimes and as always, I easily got irritated and worried that I couldn’t make my activities on time. But of course I do still manage to do it on time if not I might fail and just go to the corner and cry until my eyes could release no more drops.

           Moving on I will study more and try to longer more my patience. And I promise myself that I will do and give best in order to make my grades high, to satisfy myself, my family and to others who believe on me.

My Dream My Future

          Everybody have a dream. Everybody can be a somebody someday, maybe famous maybe not, it depends upon their willingness to achieve something- their goal in life, their ambition, their dream.

          I like writing for it gives me the chance to say people what was inside of my head. Other than just talking to each one, I can let the people know what I know and share my knowledge about things. I also like very much when I exclusively take an interview to others because I can get to know them more and better and people around me can know me deeper too. I love to know how each other differ in attitudes, personalities and outlook in life.

          I like to be a journalist/press someday. Maybe you can found it like a very dangerous job but I don’t care I still want to do it. I've been a journalist since when I’m in elementary and I intend to continue it till my last breath. I've been in a situation wherein I cried many times, didn’t eat breakfast, lunch and even my dinner, it was when some people didn't want the one I wrote. I felt sorry because maybe I’ve touch their ego, I am very sorry if I have hurt them but I am NOT sorry for what I've wrote I believe many where waiting for it , they even push me do it. I am thanking them for doing so.

   I have already took some risk of being a press/journalist. So I can say that maybe it was indeed my destiny. But if ever unexpected circumstances came that will conflict my press life I would rather shift to the field of education. I would prefer to be a teacher afterwards so that I will still have the chance to coach students in a campus journalism press conference, if that was the case it was like I've still fulfill my dream.

   I’m proud to be journalist. Writing is my life, pen is my armor and paper is my shield.

Change: It starts On Me

            Change had been a part of our lives. Change is always there, it goes whenever, wherever, however, whatever and whoever wants to come. Change is the only permanent thing on the world as we always say. Yes, only change. Back in BC’s you might saw people where living just like they don’t care whoever they are with, back to those years people was, I can say at peace because they just live together peacefully, helping each other without any prize in return maybe it was their nature doing that(it just was I thought it is). But now as foreign bodies invades countries, as technology came and maybe helped our life and also maybe destroys other creature you can feel the change.

Change which cause the betterment and the progress of the world which also cause some environmental problems now. Change can be seen also in school, politics, church, families and even in the administration. Our country was facing lots of issues now, the very fresh one is all about the fallen 44. I was sad and I also cried when I heard that news. I want to help but I  couldn’t I’m just only a simple student who doesn't have much and enough knowledge yet, maybe soon I can , maybe in the future I hope so.

Progress is impossible without change and those who could not change their minds cannot change anything-George Bernard Shaw. At this point of my life, if I have the power to change things, I would probably have done a list first for I would go back first from the past and reminisced things, days where I have not considered the feelings, ideas or thoughts of other regarded to what I have done. I would surely change, I promised. Because I believed change starts on me.

The power to change things will always remain ONLY IF because there such things really exist. I would start it by changing my worst to best and spread the world that I have change so why can’t they. And maybe from there they would realized that might change now before it’s too late. 

Be the change you want to see in the world.

Kannwidan had been a part and a tradition to every Ilocano. It happens and celebrated for a reason -showcasing the pride of every Ilocano’s pertaining to heritage conservation and cultural preservation. It is also a week-long festivity celebrated not only the local personalities but also the foreign tourist.

The celebration of Kannawidan aims to promote the products and even the culture of Ilocano. This annual festivity makes the people of the region aware of their cultures and must know how to preserve it. There were also events or activities that really measure the heart and mind of every Ilocano. Schools from the province competes for the title of every activities happened like the Kannawidan Quiz Bee were I can proudly say that our school always made It to top including the bringing in the bacon. And I was really amazed when I heard that the our school representative didn’t need the elimination round in order to make it to the finals, because of the team already won in the past consecutive years, the board decided that they didn’t need it anymore and just be already at the battle of the champions.

Ilocano went to the Kannawidan site every night because it was expected that artist from any television station came to entertain everyone. And as of this year Xian Lim, Manolo Pedroso, Ruru Madrid, Jugs and Teddy, Aegis and many more came. For me one of the happiest night is the Ginebra night where unpopular and famous comedian like Kim Idol came. I’ve witness how they entertain their viewers and I was really amazed that they made the people laugh fully, like me.

Gov.Ryan Singson was the main reason behind the success of the Kannawidan festival 2015. And for that we should salute you Gov. for the job well done.

REFRESHING THE PAST

                         CHAPTER III

         Days had passed. And every day of our life, we felt variety of emotions. Maybe sometimes we felt success though there were times we felt that we were carrying the world with lots of obstacle.
          ICT third grading period? I learned a lot. I learn how to use the notepad and I find it very interesting and very enjoyable. I like it when I link files to the other files though sometimes I met difficulties but anyway there is always a solution. I really reviewed my notes I go back whenever I forgot something. And for the project, it was hard to do, you need to plan for the best, and at the end I love the outcome.

I promise to study more and make the outputs more beautiful.

New Year

New Year, New Life

Last year, our country faced so many different calamities and other problems, issues where continuously revolving around our dear Philippines. Many controversies were scattered all around the world. We committed mistakes and we should learn from them. We will not do anymore the things that done wrong in the past.

2014 ends.

Welcome 2015, new year, new life and new beginning. The celebration of New Year is very important for us, we went to Pangasinan to celebrate it there. The celebration was indeed enjoyable, happy and prosperous even though we didn’t have any fireworks, we just celebrate it with variety of foods in the table and sharing jokes and experiences with the sound coming from the videoke. I really enjoyed the celebration.

I promise this year that I will not drink soft drinks anymore.

Christmas

The Essence of Christmas

Whenever I see boys and girls selling lanterns on the street, I remember the child on the manger as He sleep……………………..

At the first second of December 25, people were already there, celebrating Christmas with their own style. But before everything, preparations were needed, such as decorating our house by putting Christmas décor for example, balls, bells, garlands, lanterns and many more. We also need to prepare delicious foods and also we buy circular fruits for we believe that it will give us luck for the upcoming year.

Christmas is said as the season of love, care, understanding and giving or sharing. The season when family meets or unites and the season for we to celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. Some say it wasn’t December when Jesus was born, some also believe that it was on the month of April. But whatever the date is, what matters most is that, we celebrate the birth of Jesus, we take importance on it and we remembered it. So let’s love one another as a return for His sacrifice. That was the true essence of Christmas for me. 

And on this christmas, we will surely gonna miss Princess...Love you dog....
